Subscription purchases are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Usage must not exceed 10% of the total subscription credits.
- Refunds will be issued proportionally, with the value of credits already used deducted from the refund amount.
- Processing fees (approximately 5%) will be deducted from the refund amount, as charged by payment providers.
If your subscription was automatically renewed and you wish to cancel, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The subscription was automatically renewed.
- No credits were used during the renewed billing period.
- Refund request must be made within 7 days of the automatic renewal.
- Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
We offer partial refunds for credit packages under specific conditions:
- Partial refunds are available if you have used less than 50% of your purchased credits.
- Refund amount will be calculated based on unused credits minus processing fees.
- Request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Processing fees (e.g., Stripe/Creem fees).
- Credit packages where more than 50% of credits have been used.
- Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window.
- Subscriptions where more than 10% of credits have been used.
